1. Application of the GTS
These GTS apply to all services ordered from Infinity Views.
Signing the quote, accepting it in writing, or paying a deposit means the Client accepts these GTS.
In the event of a contradiction, the accepted quote prevails over the GTS.
Infinity Views' services are intended exclusively for businesses and professionals.

3. Order and project start
The order becomes final when the Client:
- Accepts the quote
- And pays the deposit or the first scheduled payment
Infinity Views begins production only after receiving the information and materials necessary for the project.
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, the announced timelines are estimates.
4. Client obligations
The Client agrees to provide within the agreed timeframes:
- The information necessary for the project
- Its logo and brand elements
- The requested texts, images, videos and documents
- Clear and consolidated feedback
- The approvals necessary at each stage
The Client guarantees that the materials it provides may be legally used.
It remains responsible for the accuracy of its information, offers, prices, figures and commercial claims.
Infinity Views cannot be held liable for an error resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
5. Timelines and Client delays
Timelines begin once the Agency has received:
- The scheduled payment
- A complete brief
- All materials necessary for production
When Infinity Views is waiting for feedback, a document, an approval or a payment from the Client, timelines are automatically suspended.
The new schedule will depend on the team's availability at the time work resumes.
If the Client stops responding for more than thirty days, the project may be paused and archived.
Reasonable reopening fees may be charged if the project needs to be reopened after a long period of inactivity.
6. Price and payment
Prices and payment terms are specified in the quote. Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices are stated exclusive of taxes
- Applicable taxes are added if necessary
- A 50% deposit is required before starting

Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card or Stripe.
In the event of late payment, Infinity Views may:

- Claim the interest and collection costs authorized by applicable law
The final files and usage rights are provided only after payment in full.

- Adding a new duration or format
- Replacing a voice-over or actor already approved
These requests may result in an additional quote and a new timeline.
8. Approvals
The Client must check each stage before approving it.
An approved stage is considered final. Any rework of a stage already approved may be billed.
The Client must provide feedback within a reasonable time and, unless otherwise stated, within five business days of a version being sent.
Feedback must be consolidated into a single message or document.
9. Delivery
Deliverables are provided in the formats specified in the quote.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery includes only the final exported files. The following items are not included:
- Editing files
- After Effects files or source files
- Editable project files
- Internal libraries
- Templates
- Prompts
- Raw footage or intermediate files
These items may be sold separately if Infinity Views agrees to provide them.
The Client has five business days after final delivery to report an objective error relative to the quote or the approved materials. Without specific feedback within this period, the project is deemed accepted.
Infinity Views is not required to keep production files for more than sixty days after delivery.
10. Cancellation
An accepted order is firm. If the Client cancels the project after it has started:
- The deposit remains the property of Infinity Views
- Work already completed remains payable
- Expenses incurred with actors, studios, freelancers or other providers remain payable
If the value of the work performed and expenses incurred exceeds the amount already paid, Infinity Views may invoice the difference.
If Infinity Views cancels the project through no fault of the Client, the portion of the price corresponding to work not performed will be refunded.
11. Intellectual property
The Client remains the owner of the materials it provides to Infinity Views.
After payment in full, the Client obtains the right to use, reproduce, distribute and adapt the final deliverables for its professional and commercial activities.

13. Artificial intelligence
The Client agrees that Infinity Views may use artificial intelligence tools in its creative process.

18. Subcontracting
